Stocks To Watch For September 13

Some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are:

Wall Street expects Best Buy Co Inc (NYSE: BBY) to report its Q2 EPS at $0.53 on revenue of $11.52 billion. BBY shares dropped 0.64% to $24.80 in after-hours trading.

Intersil Corp (NASDAQ: ISIL) lowered its revenue forecast for the third quarter. It now projects Q3 revenue in the range of $184 million to $188 million, down from its earlier outlook of $205 million to $213 million. Analysts are expecting revenue of $209.6 million. ISIL shares surged 3.52% to $11.03 in the after-hours trading session.

Analysts are expecting Cracker Barrel Old Country Store Inc (NASDAQ: CBRL) to have earned $0.96 per share on revenue of $623.47 million in the fourth quarter. CBRL shares jumped 4.92% to close at $39.86 yesterday.

InterMune Inc (NASDAQ: ITMN) announced its plans to offer 4 million shares of its common stock and $100 million in debt in concurrent underwritten public offerings. ITMN shares dipped 6.59% to $25.10 in the after-hours trading session.

SunPower Corp (NASDAQ: SPWRB) reported that its board has authorized the conversion of all outstanding shares of the company’s Class A common stock and Class B common stock into a single class of common stock on a one-for-one basis. SPWRB shares surged 10.72% to $11.15 in after-hours trading.
