Acacia Subsidiary Enters into Settlement Agreement with Integrated Silicon Solution

Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its DRAM Memory Technologies LLC subsidiary has entered into a settlement agreement with Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. regarding patents related to double data rate SDRAM devices. The settlement agreement resolves litigation that was pending in the Central District of California.
