That was some quick fix, Dow, S&P and NYSE already green again. That was probably just one fund dumping out – taking advantage of the pump job (because the pumpers had to keep buying their shares on the way down to maintain the indexes). Obviously there was no actual major news that flipped on and off like a light switch in 30 minutes! This is what we call a Bugs Bunny Market (where he throws a switch and everyone stampedes in and out of the theater – 5:00 on this video). Unfortunately, that's a phrase I used to use a lot before the big crash!
Corn/Invest – Be careful, rain sweeping in from California and across the whole country this weekend – might save the crops.
