It’s amazing that this is going on unfettered given the state of the economy. It’s like your "friend" asking you for a ride somewhere and you are helping him just because he is your friend and it is the right thing to do. Meanwhile, it is your last gallon of gas and you are not sure if you will make it home after you drop him off. Yet, he has a $100 in his pocket but won’t tell you and only will pull it out if it means his portion of the ride is in jeopardy. Unconscionable, selfish, greedy, and evil!
