Excellent remarks on AAPL.
My view on AAPL I have aired some time back.
The company has a business principal of selling always new items and as some one said yesterday on Bloomberg, what is so new about an I phone? This type of business principal is one of the hardest one to stay up front.
Take in comparison GOOG yes they selling new gadgets but their main income they arrive of advertising a undisputable repeat business without new gadgets.
Take a simple bakery they sell bread every day to their customers as long the bread is good the location OK they are in business they do not have to invent new bread roll to stay alive.
I feel AAPL is like one of a pack of dogs running after the same rabbit, all puffing with their tongue hanging out.
Yes they sitting on a bunch of cash but would it not be a good idea applying this cash in businesses with repeat orders for starters. How many time can they invent the wheel?
I trust you can understand my explanation and point of view. Look at Blackberry yes they have a phone so what every one else has, look where they are good customer following but nothing else.
