Phil – Good question on why AAPL's not AAA. Actually they have borrowed money to issue those very low interest bonds, which lets them retire stock where they were paying a higher rate than the interest on the bonds. The low, low rate at which they were able to issue those would imply at AAA rating. Go figure.
