SCTY/QC – Hard to see how they would compete. SCTY uses the fact that people in some places have extreme electric bills and they back those out as an "ability to pay" and use that cash flow to finance an installation of their product. It's a good plan but they have a lot of assumptions about how cheap they remain for 20 years that might not, ultimately, play out. Going to China is not likely to work because rich people live in cities (no roofs) and people with roofs don't tend to have any money.
