Rally/Pharm – Very impressive but volume still not there means it's fragile. Still, we have to respect the move and look how the RUT came roaring back – up 1.4% today, back to 1,155 almost, which is the 50 dma. The Nas is back to 4,167, still 55 points behind the 50 dma and bears really have to wave the white flag if they cross but the other indexes didn't really have a significant test, as they had shallow retractions so the Nas and RUT could still signal a big problem if they are rejected. Of course, we'll watch the RUT, as it's right at the line today.
