After posting better-than-expected second quarter results after the closing bell on Tuesday, Express Scripts (NASDAQ: ESRX) shares up 5.09 percent in Wednesday's session.
Express Script posted an EPS of $1.23 vs. $1.22 consensus and revenue of $25.11 billion vs. $24.38 billion consensus.
In terms of guidance, the company narrowed its 2014 EPS range from $4.82-4.94 to $4.84-4.92 and is looking for an EPS between $1.27-1.31 in the third quarter.
