Shares of Michael Kors Holdings (NYSE: KORS) fell more than 4% in after-hours trading after the company reported that the Hong Kong private equity investor Sportswear Holdings will sell its remaining 5.7% stake in the company in an offering launched Thursday. Michael Kors shares declined 4.25% to $76.57 in after-hours trading.
Infoblox (NYSE: BLOX) reported upbeat results for the fiscal fourth quarter. Infoblox shares jumped 11.86% to $15.19 in the after-hours trading session.
Zumiez (NASDAQ: ZUMZ) issued a weak third-quarter earnings forecast. However, the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter earnings. Zumiez shares dropped 3.42% to $31.30 in after-hours trading.
