Pandora Media Inc (NYSE: P) -14% – Despite beating estimates, shares are down due to the company's weak listener growth numbers.

Hub Group Inc (NASDAQ: HUBG) -12% – Shares are trending lower following the company's third quarter results, missing EPS estimates by roughly $0.05 per share.

First Niagara Financial Group Inc. (NASDAQ: FNFG) -12% – The company reported third quarter earnings in-line with estimates, but recorded an unexplained $800 million write down.
