Because I'm tired of getting burned by taking long term positions and then a stock get's crushed (for a out of nowhere event) and so does my account. I'm keeping myself more flexible and involved.
If I get assigned the shares, I'm putting a stop on the stock at a 10% or so loss.
I'm also setting up my systems to alert me when my stocks fall under the 8 day and 20 day ema's.
