  • Wall Street expects Nike Inc (NYSE: NKE) to post its quarterly earnings at $0.48 per share on revenue of $8.28 billion. Nike shares fell 0.29 percent to $51.74 in after-hours trading.
  • Analysts expect Carnival Corp (NYSE: CCL) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.39 per share on revenue of $3.68 billion. Carnival shares gained 1.05 percent to $44.10 in after-hours trading.
  • Gannett Co Inc (NYSE: GCI) announced its plans to acquire ReachLocal Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOC) for $4.60 per share. ReachLocal shares jumped 166.43 percent to $4.50 in after-hours trading, while Gannett shares fell 4.08 percent to close at $13.62 on Monday.
