- Analysts expect Carnival Corp (NYSE: CCL) to report its quarterly earnings at $0.39 per share on revenue of $3.68 billion. Carnival shares gained 1.05 percent to $44.10 in after-hours trading.
- Gannett Co Inc (NYSE: GCI) announced its plans to acquire ReachLocal Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOC) for $4.60 per share. ReachLocal shares jumped 166.43 percent to $4.50 in after-hours trading, while Gannett shares fell 4.08 percent to close at $13.62 on Monday.

- IHS Inc. (NYSE: IHS) is estimated to report its quarterly earnings at $1.48 per share on revenue of $588.74 million. IHS shares rose 0.37 percent to $108.25 in the after-hours trading session.
- Ennis, Inc. (NYSE: EBF) reported downbeat earnings for the first quarter on Monday. Ennis shares declined 3.68 percent to $17.00 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting FactSet Research Systems Inc. (NYSE: FDS) to have earned $1.61 per share on revenue of $287.66 million in the latest quarter. FactSet shares gained 0.10 percent to $151.34 in after-hours trading.
