- Analysts expect Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBY) to post quarterly earnings at $0.66 per share on revenue of $2.80 billion after the closing bell. Bed Bath & Beyond shares rose 0.27 percent to $33.75 in after-hours trading.
- Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) reported stronger-than-expected earnings for its fourth quarter on Wednesday. Oracle shares climbed 10.30 percent to $51.10 in the after-hours trading session.
- Before the markets open, Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) is projected to report quarterly earnings at $0.26 per share on revenue of $1.35 billion. Commercial Metals shares rose 0.22 percent to $18.45 in after-hours trading.

- Analysts are expecting Accenture Plc (NYSE: ACN) to have earned $1.52 per share on revenue of $8.83 billion in the latest quarter. Accenture will release earnings before the markets open. Accenture shares gained 1.42 percent to $128.91 in after-hours trading.
- Steelcase Inc. (NYSE: SCS) reported downbeat earnings for its first quarter and issued a weak outlook for the second quarter. Steelcase shares dipped 17.79 percent to $13.40 in the after-hours trading session.
- After the markets close, SYNNEX Corporation (NYSE: SNX) is expected to post quarterly earnings at $1.76 per share on revenue of $3.66 billion. SYNNEX shares rose 1.12 percent to $121.68 in after-hours trading.
