Commenting on Ultra Clean’s (Nasdaq: UCTT) corporate guidance, CEO Granger noted: “Revenue guidance for the second quarter 2012 is $100 million to $105 million, with earnings per share in the range of $0.16 to $0.19. We are forecasting a tax rate of 24% for the second quarter.”
