Volume/Scott – While certainly not the only indicator, what it does well is confirm the validity of a move, not predict future moves. When you have a low-volume rally, it can easily be reversed with a high-volume sell-off and vice versa. That's not a complicated "theory", is it? What he does is postulate a disprovable statement that misstates the use of volume and then proves how clever he is by cherry-picking numbers to back up his statement. The dangerous thing about that is that it then misleads people to believe that they can ignore volume – which is ridiculous.
