CTL – I don't believe that huge purchase by Mason Hawkins was all a new buy, although it was indicated as a new buy on GuruFocus.. They previously owned about 35 million shares. I suspect this is a statement of their current position. They mentioned on their recent webcast that they had been buying more, and that it was their largest position.
