Mammoth Energy’s subsidiary Cobra signed a new $900 million contract to finish the restoration of critical electrical services and support the initial phase of reconstruction of the electrical utility system in Puerto Rico.
• Acorn International, Inc. (NYSE: ATV) shares gained 19 percent to $34.0201. Acorn shares rose Friday after the company declared a special one-time cash dividend of $14.97 per ADS.

• ZTO Express (Cayman) Inc. (NYSE: ZTO) rose 10.1 percent to $21.245 after the express delivery company in China detailed a new strategic agreement with China-based e-commerce giant Alibaba Group Holding Ltd. As part of the agreement, Alibaba’s logistic arm called Cainiao Network will invest $1.38 billion in ZTO in exchange for a 10 percent stake.
• Arcturus Therapeutics Ltd. (NASDAQ: ARCT) shares jumped 9.3 percent to $ 6.67. Arcturus Therapeutics appointed four new directors and reached settlement agreement with founder Joseph E. Payne.
• TransEnterix, Inc. (NYSE: TRXC) gained 7.7 percent to $3.37 after the medical device company that improves minimally invasive surgery procedures announced an encouraging update. Specifically, the company said it has received clearance from the FDA for expanded indications of its Senhance Surgical System to now include laparoscopic colorectal, gynecologic, inguinal hernia and cholecystectomy surgery.
• Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ: OLED) rose 7.4 percent to $107.00 following earlier report that Apple will use only OLED screens in 3 of its new iPhone models.
• ION Geophysical Corporation (NYSE: IO) gained 6.3 percent to $24.65. Janney Capital initiated coverage on ION Geophysical with a Buy rating.

• Infinera Corporation (NASDAQ: INFN) dipped 8.4 percent to $9.22. Jefferies downgraded Infinera from Hold to Underperform.
• Banco Santander, S.A. (NYSE: SAN) shares fell 8.3 percent to $5.355 after declining 2.83 percent on Friday.
• MercadoLibre, Inc. (NASDAQ: MELI) dropped 8.3 percent to $288.77.
