- Smart Global Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: SGH) reported upbeat results for its third quarter and issued strong sales outlook for the current quarter. Smart Global shares fell 2.89 percent to $38.70 in the after-hours trading session.

- Analysts expect BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BB) to report quarterly earnings at $0.00 per share on revenue of $206.36 million before the opening bell. BlackBerry shares gained 2.14 percent to $11.95 in after-hours trading.
- Tandem Diabetes Care Inc (NASDAQ: TNDM) reported the FDA approval of the t:slim X2 Insulin Pump with Basal-IQ technology. Tandem Diabetes Care shares climbed 22.60 percent to $24.90 in the after-hours trading session.
- Container Store Group Inc (NYSE: TCS) disclosed that it has filed for a 32.49 million secondary offering. Container Store shares fell 3.10 percent to $8.44 in after-hours trading.
