The #askjpm fiasco shows how little these companies know, or care, about the general feelings of the public towards their company. Maybe they are right in that belief as the mass unwashed hord does not read the news and if people really despised JPM sales and profits would be down. So, its a PR mistake, the corruption will continue un-abated.
