Technical Services: The industry gained 4.5 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was ENGlobal Corp (NASDAQ: ENG), which gained 6.2 percent. ENGlobal shares have dropped 53.69 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has slipped 7.27 percent in the same period.

Silver: This industry moved up 3.9 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Silver Standard Resources Inc. (USA) (NASDAQ: SSRI), which rose 9 percent. Silver Standard Resources is projected to post Q4 results on February 25, 2016.
