Good idea by JBur to sell TWC 2017 $155 puts (now $6.50) and buy the $155 ($34)/175 ($20.50) bull call spread for $13.50 for net $7 on the $20 spread.  Let's do 5 of those in the LTP.  The idea is, if the deal goes through at $195, we make our $20 (+$13) very fast and worst case is owning 500 TWC at net $162.  I think his trade idea was the more aggressive $175/195 bull call spread, which is $20.50/10.20 for $10.30 but I think I'd rather spend $2.70 more to be $20 deeper in the money.
