Still time to play this one.  In the STP we have 5 Jan $38/45 bull call spreads at $3.10 and now it's less than $2 and we sold 5 Jan $35 puts for $3.20 and now it's $4.30 so you can replicate that trade as a new one like this:

Buy 10 Jan $35 ($5.20)/40 ($3.20) bull call spreads at $2 and sell 5 $35 puts for $4 for net $0 on the $5,000 spread that's $1,000 in the money so far.  

Officially, in the STP, let's roll our 5 Jan $38s ($3.85) to 15 Jan $35s ($5.20) and sell 5 more Jan $35 puts for $4 and sell 10 Jan $40 calls for $3.20.
