The 5-4 decision calls into question an Environmental Protection Agency rule that targets mercury and acid gases.
BTU Aug $1.50/2.50 bull call spreads at 0.60 should do very well. Let's add 20 to the $25KP ($1,200) and 50 to the STP ($3,000).
