Friday after the market closed, there was an insider buy filed for Verifone, PAY.  The CEO bought 100K shares, paying $624,098:

PAY is currently trading at 6.57, after opening slightly up at 6.45.  This is a solid i-buy, though I’d watch the stock and hope for a pullback if I was going to trade it.
