General Dynamics Corp. Director Sells 50,000 Shares of GD

In a Form 4 filed earlier today, General Dynamics Corp. (NYSE: GD) Director, Nicholas Chabraja, reported that he sold 50,000 shares of GD on April 14th for an average price of $71.27.

The transaction totaled $3,563,310. This sale was 10b5-1 Plan indicated.

Mr. Chabraja owns 558,613 direct shares and 600,000 indirect shares of GD.
