The House will not be voting on the Boehner debt ceiling plan today.
After failing to wrangle two votes, the bill is being sent back to a Rules Committee, where it will likely be made even more conservative, and less reconcilable with the Senate.
That combined with the loss of a night is bad news.
Futures are instantly lower.

And in addition to tanking equity futures, the dollar is plunging against the yen.
Again, thank the lack of debt ceiling voting.
