DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) today announced results of operations for its third fiscal quarter ended September 9, 2011 and that it has entered into a purchase and sale agreement to sell a portfolio of three non-core hotels. The Company is a lodging-focused real estate investment trust that owns a portfolio of premium hotels in the United States.
