Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTG) announced today that its Telematics Corporation subsidiary has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Networkfleet, Inc. This agreement resolves patent litigation that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
