Analysts expect Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD) to post its Q4 earnings at $0.23 per share on revenue of $406.38 million. MOD agreed to buy privately-held Geofinity Manufacturing. MOD shares declined 0.92% to close at $6.48 yesterday.
Vera Bradley Inc (NASDAQ: VRA) posted stronger-than-expected Q1 results. VRA shares jumped 8.92% to $23.82 in the after-hours trading session.
The Walt Disney Co (NYSE: DIS) appointed former president of Warner Bros Entertainment, Alan Horn, chairman of its film division. DIS shares gained 0.07% to $45.74 in after-hours trading.
