The Australian arm of Genworth Financial (NYSE: GNW) projects to post a profit this year.
Genworth Australia posted a net operating loss of 21 million Australian dollar (US$21.13 million) for the three months ended March 31.
Genworth Financial shares closed at $5.37 on Friday.
