According to the NY Post, a Rochdale trader, David Miller is the subject of an investigation by the FBI. Miller allegedly made an unauthorized buy of 1.6 million Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) shares and put the company in jeopardy of failure.
Miller left following the trade and has not returned to work, according to a source.
