TAT Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: TATT) today reported that the Anti-Trust Authority had approved FIMI Opportunity V’s (“FIMI”) proposal to acquire the Company’s shares held by its previously controlling shareholders.
Following such approval, Closing is expected to occur within a few days.
