I’m firmly in the “don’t try to call the bottom” camp, but one thing that may be worth watching here is the % of stocks trading above their 200-D MA. Usually, a reading below 20% accompanies the bottom of a bear cycle. Tom2oc wrote a piece about this several months ago. Last night, we were at 27.7%, down from 36% just two trading days ago.
