Plug Power (PLUG -3.2%) shares continue their volatile ways, as investors are disappointed with the result of the company’s hyped conference call this morning.
PLUG says it signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Hyundai Hysco to create a joint venture partnership to develop and sell hydrogen fuel cells in countries throughout Asia.
Under the terms of the MOU, the companies must finalize the details of the joint venture by July 31.
Also says its goal is $150M in 2014 bookings after totaling ~$80M YTD.
