According to the NY Post, Dov Charney, ousted by the American Apparel (NYSE: APP) Board as CEO on Wednesday, is seeking shareholder support and additional board seats, in an attempt to gain a majority. According to sources, Charney could attempt to increase the number of directors to 13, with the help of shareholders Lion Capital and FiveT Capital.
