Lululemon Athletica’s (NASDAQ: LULU) founder Dennis Wilson, is exploring options, including a potential sale of the company to private equity, reports Dow Jones. Wilson’s advisers have been reaching out to pe firms, including Leonard Green & Partners to gauge interest for a potential deal, according to sources.
Dow Jones reported on June 22, that Wilson had hired Goldman Sachs as an adviser.
