Internet Service Providers: The industry gained 1.8 percent by 10:30 am. The top performer in this industry was Sify Technologies Limited (ADR) (NASDAQ: SIFY), which gained 2.2 percent. Sify shares have dropped 33.33 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has surged 9.48 percent in the same period.
