  1. Wendys Co (NASDAQ: WEN) expands its Japanese footprint with the acquisition of First Kitchen. Terms not disclosed.
  2. Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN) acquires InvestSoft Technology. Terms not disclosed.
  3. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc (NYSE: JLL) purchases Procofin. Terms not disclosed.
  4. Salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM) acquires Demandware Inc (NYSE: DWRE) for $75 per share cash. This values Demandware at $2.8 billion.
  5. ServiceNow Inc (NYSE: NOW) buys BrightPoint Security. Terms not disclosed.
  6. CBRE Group Inc (NYSE: CBG) took over London-based retail property advisory Micahel Horwitz. Terms not disclosed.
  7. NV5 Global Inc (NASDAQ: NVEE) says its acquisition of X8e-Vinyard will be immediately accretive to earnings. Terms not disclosed.
  8. International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) announces the takeover of EZSource. Terms not disclosed.
  9. CAI International (NYSE: CAI) will atkeover Hybrid Logistics and General Transportation Services in a deal valued at $12 million.
  10. Farmers National Banc Corp (NASDAQ: FMNB) purchases Bowers Insurance agency. Terms not disclosed.

  13. Summit Financial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SMMF) takes over First Century Bank for $22.50 per share cash or 1.2433 shares of Summit stock for each First Century share owned.
