  2. Morningstar, Inc. (NASDAQ: MORN) acquires InvestSoft Technology. Terms not disclosed.
  3. Jones Lang LaSalle Inc (NYSE: JLL) purchases Procofin. Terms not disclosed.
  4. Salesforce.com, inc. (NYSE: CRM) acquires Demandware Inc (NYSE: DWRE) for $75 per share cash. This values Demandware at $2.8 billion.
  5. ServiceNow Inc (NYSE: NOW) buys BrightPoint Security. Terms not disclosed.
  6. CBRE Group Inc (NYSE: CBG) took over London-based retail property advisory Micahel Horwitz. Terms not disclosed.
