Investools/newt hugger. I was offered a credit by TDAmeritrade for Investools training/coaching/tools and have been going through their stock investing class because that is a prerequisite for the options series. It is very rudimentary and trains you in a particular system of selecting stocks based on fundamentals and technical indicators. From my experience and online research, Investools seems very much like Trump University–they keep upselling you to ever more expensive courses that can exceed $30K. Their tools are no better than FinViz or even TOS. Before you go, I would find out the exact curriculum and what further courses lie in wait for you afterwards and what they cost.
For me, a combination of PSW, TOS webinars and Tasty Trade webinars is an excellent education. Investools might be good if you'd prefer to follow a structured learning system and don't function well doing independent study, but that comes at a steep price.
