- Wall Street expects Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) to report quarterly earnings at $0.04 per share on revenue of $4.26 billion before the opening bell. Halliburton shares declined 1.32 percent to close at $47.06 on Friday.
- Analysts expect Express Scripts Holding Company (NASDAQ: ESRX) to post quarterly earnings at $1.32 per share on revenue of $24.99 billion after the closing bell. Express Scripts shares dropped 0.88 percent to close at $66.46 on Friday.
- Before the markets open, Kimberly Clark Corp (NYSE: KMB) is projected to report quarterly earnings at $1.54 per share on revenue of $4.49 billion. Kimberly Clark shares declined 0.97 percent to close at $129.96 on Friday.
- Becton Dickinson and Co (NYSE: BDX) announced plans to acquire C R Bard Inc (NYSE: BCR) for $24 billion. Becton Dickinson shares slipped 0.41 percent to close at $185.29 on Friday, while C R Bard shares dropped 0.67 percent to close at $253.07 on Friday.

- Analysts expect Hasbro, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAS) to report quarterly earnings at $0.38 per share on revenue of $840.33 million before the opening bell. Hasbro shares rose 0.02 percent to close at $96.03 on Friday.
- After the markets close, Whirlpool Corporation (NYSE: WHR) is estimated to post quarterly earnings at $2.72 per share on revenue of $4.78 billion. Whirlpool shares slipped 0.09 percent to close at $171.51 on Friday.
- Analysts are expecting Alcoa Corp (NYSE: AA) to have earned $0.65 per share on revenue of $2.95 billion in the latest quarter. Alcoa will release earnings after the markets close. Alcoa shares dropped 1.06 percent to close at $31.70 on Friday.
