  • Axsome Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: AXSM) shares rose 16.7 percent to $4.55 in pre-market trading after the company disclosed that it has received Fast Track designation for AXS-05.
  • Array Biopharma Inc (NASDAQ: ARRY) rose 11 percent to $7.97 in pre-market trading after the company reported a strategic partnership with Merck.
  • Neurotrope Inc (NASDAQ: NTRP) shares rose 9.5 percent to $9.84 in pre-market trading after climbing 5.15 percent on Friday.
  • Kate Spade & Co (NYSE: KATE) rose 8.5 percent to $18.41 in pre-market trading after Coach Inc (NYSE: COH) announced plans to acquire the company for $18.50 per share.
  • China Auto Logistics Inc (NASDAQ: CALI) rose 8.3 percent to $3.01 in pre-market trading after gaining 1.09 percent on Friday.
  • Newell Brands Inc (NYSE: NWL) shares rose 7.8 percent to $50.00 in pre-market trading after the company posted upbeat earnings for its first quarter and increased its quarterly dividend to $0.23 per share.

  • JD.Com Inc(ADR) (NASDAQ: JD) rose 5.1 percent to $37.58 in pre-market trading after the company posted upbeat revenue for its first quarter.
  • VTTI Energy Partners LP (NYSE: VTTI) rose 4.3 percent to $19.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported an agreement for VTTI B.V. to acquire all publicly held common units of the partnership for $19.50 per common unit.

  • KLA-Tencor Corp (NASDAQ: KLAC) fell 5.9 percent to $95.01 in pre-market trading after rising 0.13 percent on Friday.
  • Triumph Group Inc (NYSE: TGI) fell 4.8 percent to $23.60 in pre-market trading.
  • Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd(ADR) (NASDAQ: MLCO) shares fell 4.2 percent to $21.40 in pre-market trading after the company reported the launch of an offer of ADSs and ordinary shares and concurrent repurchase of ordinary shares.
  • AngloGold Ashanti Limited (ADR) (NYSE: AU) shares fell 3.6 percent to $10.79 in pre-market trading after gaining 3.23 percent on Friday.
  • Micron Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: MU) fell 2.4 percent to $27.52 in pre-market trading. Goldman Sachs downgraded Micron from Buy to Neutral.
