  • ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: CCIH) shares jumped 36.4 percent to $1.25 as the company disclosed that it has received Content Delivery Network License from the Chinese Government.
  • Palo Alto Networks Inc (NYSE: PANW) gained 16.6 percent to $138.25 after the company reported better-than-expected results for its third quarter and issued a strong earnings forecast for the current quarter.
  • Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHLO) surged 16.2 percent to $13.59. Shiloh Industries posted Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.36 per share on revenue of $273.031 million.

  • Box Inc (NYSE: BOX) shares rose 4.7 percent to $19.58 as the company posted a narrower-than-expected loss for its first quarter. Mitsubishi UFJ upgraded Box from Neutral to Overweight.
  • Pinnacle Foods Inc (NYSE: PF) gained 4.7 percent to $65.22. Conagra Brands Inc (NYSE: CAG) is said to have made an approach to Pinnacle Foods regarding a potential acquisition, according to sources as reported by Reuters on Wednesday.
  • Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: SUPN) rose 3.6 percent to $38.95. Piper Jaffray upgraded Supernus Pharmaceuticals from Neutral to Overweight.
