  • Loxo Oncology Inc (NASDAQ: LOXO) shares climbed 46.7 percent to $71.84 following the announcement of a 76 percent-confirmed objective response rate for the trial of Larotrectinib for the treatment for multiple forms of cancer. Citigroup upgraded Loxo Oncology from Neutral to Buy.
  • Dynavax Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: DVAX) shares surged 20.1 percent to $7.09 after the company on Friday presented updated data for SD-101 in combination with KEYTRUDA.
  • Helix Energy Solutions Group Inc (NYSE: HLX) gained 13.1 percent to $5.54. Cowen & Co. upgraded Helix Energy from Market Perform to Outperform.
  • Forestar Group Inc. (NYSE: FOR) shares jumped 13 percent to $16.05 after D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE: DHI) proposed to buy 75 percent of Forestar Group for $16.25 per share in cash.
  • Gigamon Inc (NYSE: GIMO) shares gained 12.7 percent to $44.30. Reuters reported that Gigamon is exploring a potential sale.
  • Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd (NYSE: OR) shares rose 10.1 percent to $11.75. Osisko disclosed that it has agreed to acquire Orion Mine Finance royalty portfolio.
  • Navistar International Corp (NYSE: NAV) climbed 8.3 percent to $27.85. Baird upgraded Navistar from Neutral to Outperform.
  • Puma Biotechnology Inc (NASDAQ: PBYI) gained 7.7 percent to $88.30 as the company disclosed positive PB272 Phase 2 data from TBCRC 022 trial at the ASCO17.
  • bluebird bio Inc (NASDAQ: BLUE) climbed 6.8 percent to $89.90. Bluebird Bio and Celgene issued an update on study of bb2121 anti-BCMA CAR T Cell therapy.
  • Perion Network Ltd (NASDAQ: PERI) gained 5 percent to $1.89. Perion Network disclosed that MakeMeReach has been named a Snapchat Partner.
  • NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE: NBY) rose 3.8 percent to $2.44. Roth Capital initiated coverage of NovaBay Pharmaceuticals with a Buy rating.
  • Helios and Matheson Analytics Inc (NASDAQ: HMNY) shares rose 3.2 percent to $2.75 after the company reported that RedZone has acquired all the assets of Trendit including three technology patents.
