I continue to believe in the Small caps, per the breakout at (1). (see post here) In the past month IWM is up over 3% more than the 500 index, quality relative strength. Now the equal weight etf (RSP) is doing some of the same! Per the long equity positions lean towards the small caps and financials right now. (see post here)
