It will be interesting to see how the Pink Slime defamation and job loss lawsuits turn out. I'll say this. Pink Slime sounded disgusting. But so do plenty of other popular meat products – organ meats, sausages, slimy seafood, snakes, rabbits, dark meat chicken parts, and anything in a can. You don't see me eating those things. According to the article below the "pink slime" gross-out picture was actually chicken paste. ~ Ms. 90%-Vegetarian and happy about it.
