Vringo, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNG), a company engaged in the innovation, development and monetization of mobile technologies and intellectual property, today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary I/P Engine, Inc. has entered into a license and settlement agreement with Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) to resolve patent litigation that was pending in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
