Lockheed Martin: A Lesson in Price Discovery
Who's up here? Lockheed Martin. Okay, so you have Lockheed Martin at $300 — it was below $300, and it was all the way down to $100 in 2013. Over the course of five years, Lockheed Martin goes up two and a half times.
That's obviously sustainable, because it consolidated up here, then made another leg up. The thing is, it consolidates, then goes up, then consolidates, then goes up — because this is price discovery. These people all thought it was worth more and more money, and they were right, because we said this was worth $500 a share. This is our trade of the century.
