Homebuilders ETF (XHB) is facing a multi-year falling resistance line at (2), inside of a rising channel. This sector is for sure an “out of favor” area of our econony. Would want to own some of this ETF should it complete a breakout of resistance. We did buy XHB in September of 2010 when the markets were doing poorly, due to the “Power of the Pattern.” XHB did well for us then, will see if this happens again. (see post here)
