US: Trump suspends planned 50% tariffs on EU

Donald Trump has set the deadline for a 50% tariff for July 9. The US president made the announcement after a call with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

US President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that he was suspending planned 50% tariffs on the European Union until July 9.

He made the announcement on his Truth Social network.
